Great location near attractions.

I was extremely frustrated with the rude reception staff. The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, and I felt like a second-class citizen during the ordering process.

The location is fantastic, close to all the

key attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit. Our Superior Room was also very comfortable with great amenities. The only downside was some noise from the street at night which made it a little difficult to sleep.

I loved being just a few steps from the beautiful Bicentennial Conservatory and only a 10-minute stroll to Rundle Mall, which made my weekend exploring so enjoyable. the room I stayed in was also cozy with a great bed that ensured a restful night after all that walking.

Room had strange odors!!! Lighting needs significant improvement!!! Cleaning protocols need review, especially regarding cleanliness of surfaces and mini bar items!!!

Although the massage services were a delightful touch, I was bummed about some miscommunication regarding breakfast that led to an unexpected charge. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely recommend enjoying a drink on the rooftop! 🍹

I enjoyed my stay here. The location was good, close to places for eating and shopping. I woke up one morning to a lovely breakfast that was just what I needed. It was nice to relax after a busy day of exploring. I appreciated that the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my time there.

The bathroom door had issues, and the taps were not easy to use. I also had trouble with housekeeping when I found that the desk wasn't cleaned properly after they came in.

My stay at the Majestic Roof Garden was delightful. The room exuded charm, and the location provided easy access to the cultural site I came to explore. However, the Wi-Fi connection could be improved. Overall, a pleasant experience worth repeating.
